I bought this movie on after reading a book that suggested it. According to the book description, I was expecting something “Softer” than what’s in this movie. Of course ti has nothing to do with many “x” produtions but, there are a couple of scenes that I enjoyed and it is a change from “man made” sex movies. This was a first time for me, I will probably try it again just to see how far it can get.

Story line is loose framework for instructional how-to. A bit too mechanical and raw. There are better choices. Preferred “one size fits all” or “my surrender” over this one.

This is the story of three friends. Sonia, Tates and Katie, who all work in an advertising agency. The film follows the three women’s search for happiness as they move around the dizzying world of advertising and as they confront most important issues of their lives; sex, love and marriage.
Sonia (Francine Prieto) has two lovers - a struggling painter whom she loves and well-to-do rich kid who provides her the prospect of a secure future. When she gets pregrant, she is compelled to choose between the two.
Tates’ (Dina Bonnevie) story revolves around the issue of annulment and the social pressures put upon the modern Filipina regarding marriage and raising a family.
Plump Katie (Cherrie Pie Picache) is smitten by a good-hearted male stripper she meets during Sonia’s bridal shower. In trying to bridge their social gap, she jeopardizes what might be the greatest love of her life.
A hilarious film that laughs and cries at the foibles of love, sex and marriage while at the same time exploring the undeniable link of economics and relationships. This new film has the makings of modern classic.
